Receipts to spreadsheet
Add pictures of your receipts. The tool reads vendor, date, total and tax, you check them, then you download a spreadsheet file.
Your pictures are read on this device and are not uploaded anywhere. The first time, it loads a reading model of roughly 60 MB (a minute or more on slow internet; use wifi).
1. Add receipts
or drop them here. Photos or screenshots (JPG, PNG, WebP). Several at once is fine.
2. Check what was read
The tool can misread, especially blurry or crumpled receipts. Please check fields are the ones it is less sure about. Tap a picture to see it bigger. Amounts are plain numbers: the currency is not read, so check it too. Fix anything wrong, then tick "I checked this".
3. Download
The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice. Totals are only as right as what you checked. Do not use this as your accounting record without checking each line.
